2. What data we process. Data provided in the contact form or passed on by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail: name/company name, e-mail address, phone number, message content.

3. Purpose and legal basis. We process data in order to reply to your enquiry and handle a sale (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract) and for purposes arising from tax and accounting law where a transaction is concluded (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data. Enquiry data — until the correspondence ends, no longer than 12 months. Transaction data — for the period required by law (as a rule, 5 tax years).

5. Who we share data with. Data may be entrusted to providers operating the website and mail (hosting), courier companies and carriers when arranging delivery, and our accounting office. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Requests: topstone@interia.eu.
